Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills I’ve used Susan several times now to buy and sell different properties. She is the only one I will use in the future. The woman knows her stuff and every time I’ve tried to buy a place, we got it. No missed opportunities with her. She responds in a timely manner and is overall fun to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to bid on a place and get it.

"Susan was fantastic!!! We wanted to find someone special to help us sell our beautiful and loved home of 25 years and Susan was just the person to do that. We met with her just to get to know her and listen to what she had to offer and I knew before she was even done going over the numbers that she was the realtor for us. Her personality is so energetic, spunky and bubbly and you can tell she is a go-getter just speaking with her. She was very organized and specific with numbers right from that very first meeting! I was very impressed that she came with a folder of actual numbers for us and she had researched the area so she knew exactly what we should expect to get for our home. We met with a stager and then had the professional photos taken after doing all the homework the stager gave us! We could have sold our home the same day, but we opted to have 3 days of showings and then an open house on Sunday. We listed our home on a Wednesday and had it sold by 3pm on the following Monday. We had 5 great offers to choose from and the one that bought the house was $36,000 over asking price, no inspections and close in 30 days. Our sale was fast, organized, and mostly stress free, minus the stress of boxing up an entire house after living there for 25 years!!! We paid an extra 1% of the sale (other realtors that we considered were 1% less) in order to have Susan represent us and work for us, but it was absolutely positively worth it!!!! Susan saw the special character that our home possessed and knew the area so well that she played off the unique features of the home and developed a very impressive listing. Our home was very special to us and it was bitter sweet selling it, but Susan helped us to be comfortable in the process and we knew we were in good hands. We felt like we became friends with Susan as she is so charming and fun to talk with. We will forever be grateful that we found her and will hopefully stay in touch long term. We do not plan on ever selling a home again, as we just built a new home, but if we ever did she would be our first and only phone call!!! Thank you Susan!!!! Chris and Shannon Chickering"

"Susan Kazma was awesome in helping us to sell our 32 year old house that needed some repairs and cleaning. She has a support team on call to do needed repairs and cleaning to bring a house up to its market potential. Her market analysis was spot-on in predicting what our house could be sold for. She advised us on which offer to accept. When the buyer's agent decided to not take her custom half (3%) of the 6% sales commission, Susan graciously passed that saving to us. It saved us close to $12,000. We would definitely recommend her to any real estate seller or buyer."

I hope the buyer is as happy as we are. It's not an easy experience to sell one's parents' home after 30 years, but Susan made it as painless as possible."

"Susan is an outstanding realtor with a very good team working for her. She is very good at prepping a home for an open house. Also, her camera work really made the home shine on the Zillow website. Closing documentation was well organized and professional and she negotiated well with the buyer's realtor. I sold at top dollar, thanks to her."

"Warning, this realtor is deceptive. Very nice and knowledgeable when you first meet. Be careful what documents you sign because she will not let you change realtors or sell your house by owner. She’s forcing herself on me and telling me that I have to sell with her, for one full year. She refuses to release me from the documents I signed. She’s talks mean on the phone and she will not give up on your property. She said she was willing to take a negative review then to release me from the contract. She snuck into the contract things that I didn’t understand like the one year obligation. also, she pretended to let me go by sending me a release form by email. A month later I found out that it was only a release from buyers responsibility not seller. She’s very sneaky as mentioned above. Also, she wants to bill me for the 2 to 3 hours of talking time , an exorbitant fee. She did not do anything for me or this house. Be warned."

"Having to sell my parent's home in Ionia, I interviewed 5 realtors before I found Susan. Not only was she knowledgeable and attentive, she was thoughtful and kind. She actually listened to my concerns and was the only agent I met that gave me a 'wow' factor: she is the only agent of the 5 that acted enthusiastic about moving the property while getting the most value from it (considering the market and area at the time of the listing). Susan knew I wanted an expedited sale before winter set in and she was diligent in getting that done. I would highly recommend her and her staff."
